Berlingot endeavours to process your order on the same day or the next working day, except in special cases (particularly embroidered articles): Colissimo Track & Trace is used for deliveries in mainland France.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a trial period of 7 clear days after delivery to return the Product(s) to GSA, as his/her expense. This does not apply to embroidered products, for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. When the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Buyer, the Product must be returned complete, in perfect condition, non-used, non-washed, in its original packaging and accompanied by the return slip attached to the delivery. The Buyer’s bank account will then be re-credited.
